Toilets and day-to-day services
Accessible toilets are more common here than in most southern European cities, concentrated in shopping centres, stations, museums and department stores.
Metro and rail stations
The major interchange stations have accessible toilets inside the paid concourse area, which in practice means you need a ticket to reach them.
Shopping centres
The reliable default. Every mall has accessible toilets on several floors plus lifts, and nobody questions visitors who are not shopping.
Museums and attractions
Almost all have accessible toilets near the entrance. The keycard or euro coin question comes up occasionally, so carry both.
